Time to Release the Guilt and Shame…

Why do I keep doing this?” “Why am I like this?”

Do these statements hit close to home? If they do, I know how you feel. I know how hard it can be to shake off the guilt of what you “woulda, coulda, shoulda” done. You may have also tried to do something and failed 1, 2, or 20 times. So you’ve lost trust in yourself.

It’s time to trust and believe in yourself again. It’s time to invest in yourself and arm yourself with the knowledge and take actionable steps to create lasting change with and without me.

And I believe real change happens when we work with the conscious and subconscious mind in tandem. But what does that even mean? This means we set conscious goals (insert goal here, Ex. “I want to stop yelling at my kids”), and then work with the systems in your mind that are running the show in order to achieve said goal/s.

No worries! I get it. I do strongly suggest doing a free workshop to learn a little and get an idea of what you’d be working with (part of that is knowing me). Drag a friend in and sign up for a workshop below. Pssst there’s coffee involved.
